Korean-Japanese fusion handroll bar with a menu of small plates and alcoholic drinks.

Lowkey one of the best meals I’ve had recently. The whole experience felt super polished without being overly formal, which made it even better for a date night. The shrimp tempura was insanely crispy on the outside while still juicy inside. Super light batter, not greasy at all, and the texture was honestly perfect. The yellowtail sashimi tasted incredibly fresh and buttery. It literally melted in my mouth, and the sauce added just enough brightness and acidity without overpowering the fish.
Went directly after work, at 5pm, so was able to get seated easily before it filled up. The picture is of their special (with bonus oyster) which was perfectly melt-in-the-mouth delicious. Tried their (fish) handroll set - the salmon was particularly tasty, but each of the handrolls was a delight. Would recommend. Because I was hungry when I ordered, also got the pork noodles - the broth was perfect. On leaving I was very full! Next time I go (and there will be a next time) I fully intend to
Hand roll shop in midtown with bar-style dining. I had the vegetarian rolls and to be honest they were alright. Regardless of quantity (portion sizes), the taste just wasn’t worth it for the price. I didn’t see the appeal of it, especially for vegetarians (you might enjoy the fish more).
