Lied about not being on seamless, where I ordered from them for many years. Fellow who answered the phone was rude and definitely not a people-person. He probably forgot to turn on the tablet for incoming orders. By 2pm the lack of incoming should have been glaringly obvious to whoever is in charge. I just assume they don't care anymore. It's a shame because food and service used to be a cut above the other neighborhood options.
My family ordered a pizza for delivery and our card was charged. We get a call back asking for our card information again since it “wasn’t paid” but it’s reflecting on our bank app that it charged us. We get mistakes happen but when you do it with attitude you drive customers elsewhere. Can’t rate the food because we never got to try it.
Grew up on this pizzeria, although the owner has changed...service and food is still good. New owner is just as nice. Food regardless of what you get is always fresh. Prices are fair. Clean and sanitary pizzeria.
