Masaaki is an absolutely unexpected gem. Lovely Japanese restaurant with an inviting atmosphere. Valet is also available, parking around this area can be challenging. The food, cocktails, and service were truly incredible. For cocktails, I had the lovin’ lychee and my friend had the cosmo blossom. Both drinks were tasty and strong. Edamame was complimentary. So glad Masaaki now offers à la carte in addition to omakase. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. The agedashi tofu was crispy outside and soft inside. The sushi taco was fun and flavorful with salmon and avocado. The wagyu beef roll with lobster salad was rich and literally melted in my mouth. I experienced my first omakase here and it was quite lovely! The selection was incredibly delectable. For Valentine’s Day they gave a complimentary rose and champagne as well! David was our chef.
