Absolutely wonderful experience! It was our first time trying out this restaurant. We ordered ghee podi masala dosa, chicken dum biryani and masala chai. The dosa was massive, crispy, flavored with ghee and podi, stuffed with perfectly seasoned potato filling. Served with 3 chutneys and Sambar. It was so delicious that we couldn’t stop eating. The best desi food on the island. The food was fresh, hot flavorful and aromatic. Has good variety of food with well spice levels for everyone. Very friendly owner and staff. Between the dosas, steaming Pompano, biriyani, butter chicken and more at fair prices and portions. Definitely a place to go with the family.
Very cozy restaurant with nice decor. Everything I tried here was extremely good, chicken 65 was crispy and juicy. The goat and shrimp biryani were amazing but I can’t recommend the shrimp biryani enough. It’s spicy and flavorful and the shrimp is juicy and not rubbery. I also tried the Szechuan chicken noodles which weren’t my favorite but also very delicious. Their samosas aren’t bad and their chicken tandoori tasted very fresh and very tender.
