Need a stop, or a cocktail, 25 steps off the N,W, 30th Ave Subway stop? Well, can be a useful walk. Neighborhood low key bar, pool table, jukebox and a flair of ole times in Astoria. Times do change, but a fixture for memories and good times that sometimes are recaptured. Good staff and vibes are fluid. Worth a look for days and nights ahead.
Walked in on a nice day in April and this place had that distinct summer porta-potty humidity and smell. Place was empty especially for a Friday night, but those who were there were angry and rude. Left right away -- I don't recommend this place.
the bartender eamon is one of the best people youll ever meet. great pool tables. friendly patrons. definitely go here if you debating what dive bar to go to.
