The place was nice & clean. Easy to order on the touchscreen. Can pay by card or cash at the till with the order receipt. Slightly off putting when a guy came in asking all around for a dollar. And then a friend of his at the door, opening for people to walk out , asking for a dollar to spare. Very intimidating to say the least. The manager should step up and tell these guys to leave.
So the service is bad I understand that, the atomosphere is bad I could also understand that, even if you have hair in your food I'd still say I understand that; BUT, WHAT IS THIS IN THE COFFEE?! ARE YOU THINKING WHAT IM THINKING? THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD FROM A RESTAURANT
an spanish about middle aged worker there yelled and gave me an attitude for trying to fix my order. i ordered no pickles on my spicy mc crispy, she insisted that i ordered plain. if i wanted plain i would’ve ordered a normal mc crispy with no spicy sauce. i only ordered without pickles. after she gave me the changed order i said thank you and she went on to yell how i ordered plain. terrible service here.
