What a cute restaurant representing the NY Yankees. It's very big and spacious and the team is friendly and very professional.
95 degrees today. Today, I learned that there is one McDonald's that does not offer a free refill on the soda. I purchased a large Sprite and asked for re-fill. Had to spend for another one to complete my meal. Saw it first hand, won't have to ever worry about ever asking again. Could not identify the sales person as she and others do not wear name tags.
Today, May 23, at 9:44 a.m., I experienced the worst customer service I have ever received at this store. The staff showed a complete lack of motivation, professionalism, and willingness to assist me properly. I have been coming to this store for more than five years, but the service I received today was unacceptable. It honestly made me feel like my money and loyalty as a customer no longer have any value. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and hope this issue is taken seriously
