I ordered via Uber Eats and I regret it. The fries they decided to send to me were literally burnt to a crisp. The fact that they thought it was okay to do so is beyond me. If I was in person they would have never gave me those fries and that’s the issue with ordering online. They don’t care about the quality of the food they are giving to the customers. Please refer to the attached pictures
★☆☆☆☆ Every time I come here, I end up waiting forever for my order. When I finally get my food, it’s either cold or something is missing. It’s frustrating to have to keep checking my order and asking for items that should have been included in the first place. This has happened multiple times, so it’s clearly not a one-time mistake. The service really needs to improve.
Got an Iced Mocha, not my first time ordering one either. I’ve never had this problem at other McDonald’s locations before. This time they forgot the whipped cream and syrup, so I asked about it. They looked completely confused and said I confused them, saying I needed to check what I ordered because an iced mocha and the mocha frappe are different drinks with different prices. Like… duh, I know that. Meanwhile, the picture on the app literally shows whipped cream, and I’ve ordered the same drin
