Management should really ensure their staff is properly trained. For the second time this week, our late-night order included one regular Coke and one Diet Coke, and neither was labeled. As a diabetic, it’s critical for me to know which drink is safe to consume. This isn’t a minor detail, it’s a serious health concern. Just like every other McDonald's, they converted it to a gray dystopian landscape, all that's there are kiosks and a bunch of understaffed, underpaid teenagers. I had to wait 35 minutes for my basic/small order that still cost me $10. You're better off just going to a diner or something and getting a proper meal, it'll still be quicker. McDonald's did away with the concept of fast food
Just got this order of cheesburgers with hair on it in one of the cheeseburgers I opened first. This was on top of the extra waiting time for about 10 minutes after I arrived at McDonalds at 803 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310 and I already have ordered on my phone in advance. The only cashier that was working left the counter for more then 5 mins and everyone else was waiting Samina (her name or something like that). Very disappointed with service and disgusting food that comes with hair.
