This place is great and I’ve been going since I was a kid. My only problem is, I have an inkling that they don’t routinely change their oil. I go there in the morning and everything is fine, but the moment I try to get dinner from here I end up in and out of the bathroom for the rest of the day.
My past two experiences at this location have not been the best. I remember service here being better. Yesterday, I ordered breakfast on the app and my order was declined. I had maybe a 30 second conversation with the manager…very quick. The catch? I had to wait 15 minutes when the manager was passing by me several times. And when she finally came to talk to me, no hello, no how can I help you, looked angry. Then today was better, but the one lady in there keeps telling people to use the kiosk.
This was a pretty busy location with a lot of school kids being kids. The staff does an excellent job keeping orders moving, I expected a longer wait. My fries were underdone and the bathrooms were locked. Oh well. I was still happy with my burger and coffee.
