I ordered two coffees. They prepared them pretty fast during the afternoon rush. We sat upstairs because it was less crowded.
McDonald's in the US is different for a while they lost touch with what a clean restaurant really was. And the old American dream of hamburgers and shakes, just became about consuming . Not enjoying a meal. But now McDonald's has gotten their food game back on track . Change has come. And it's cheaper prices. Better choice of healthy food. And order kiosk. A new touch of technology and an old school touch of how when you keep it for the community. Everyone is happy. I'm happy 😊
I was served a McChicken sandwich that was raw. After taking a bite, I immediately noticed that the chicken was still uncooked and appeared frozen/raw in the center. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff and explained that I was feeding my baby at the time. Before I could fully explain the situation, I was interrupted and a manager was called over. Unfortunately, the manager did not apologize or show any concern. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated as though my complaint was not
