I've tried soooo many times to get an iced coffer here and they get it wrong every single time. I waited 15 kins this morning for an iced black coffee with sugar free French vanilla (light).....the first had creme and whatever else in it, second was black and super sweet...Third the same. Cut my loses and just added water when I got to work. Insane! Smhh
At 8:40am McDonald’s has no Hash browns at all in their facility, no noticed posted or anything either. I was giving COLD French fries with my breakfast sandwich. This hunts point location TRULY sucks and needs to get shut down or re-hire a new staffing team that’s diverse and actually knows English not just Spanish. This place every week of every month for the past 2 years have been despicable, disgusting, lazy, insufficient, and clearly don’t know how to read. I wish I can post this video o to
I have mixed reviews on this location. Sometimes the service is fast and sometimes the service is extremely slow. There are lists at this location if you’re paying with debit or credit card. The restaurant is clean. I do think customer service can be improved. Sometimes the staff are playing around with one another to much instead of fixing orders. There are also times the employees aren’t wearing their masks.
