The store itself is well-run and operates fine, but my experience inside felt uncomfortable and unsafe at times due to disruptive behavior from some individuals present. I wouldn’t recommend dining in, especially for families, during busy periods.
This McD's is small and they took away the soda machines, but the food is good and up to their standards, the kiosks always work, and the staff all appear to be quick and alert and proper. They sometimes don't load the hand sanitizers, and also they sometimes don't reload the paper in the kiosks' printers, so you often have to look at the screen and memorize your number instead of holding a receipt. I'm sorry. Thos location was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was served well. The Harlem location however was a disaster.
