This McDonald’s is one of the best one I visit in NYC. The space is big and clean. They have two floors and also bathroom service. The employees were very nice to me and my kids. Alberto took my order and he was very kind and patient with me. Ana provided my food and help me with the sauces because I didn’t know which one to pick for my kids. And I also got the donuts that are great. Love the service here. Thank you guys 😘😘
Thank you to the Store Manager for her customer service and the team who helped me out today. I had a service issue that I reported and the manager handled it perfectly and also made me feel 10x more welcome. Moments like these make the biggest difference in the community. When there is someone who actually cares and takes the time to listen - it speaks volumes of the whole establishment. Thank you again!
Came to this McD to get some dinner. Ordered the happy meal for my daughter. I got the 40-piece nuggets and 2-large fries deal for $17.99. I used the Kiosk to put in my order. Was very easy and convenient. Within five minutes my order number was called. That was a fast service. All the items and sauces were correctly packed. I took a walk around the store. It was clean for most part. Second floor has a huge sitting area. That place was little under maintained. The nuggets and fries were fine.
