Don't even know where to start from! Ordered using the device. Ask the order taker that will my food be served on the table? She said yes. Waited 20 mins and inquired, she had forgotten to bring it over. No ketchup provided and I had to get it. The fries were good but the burger was very disappointing. Never again....they are much better in Pakistan.
Go to a different McDonald’s. This location never fails to mess up my order in some way, shape, or form. Every single time I have placed a mobile order, it has gotten cancelled the second I walk inside with absolutely no explanation. Probably because the workers don’t want to make my order. It’s ridiculous and makes me waste even more time putting it into the kiosk and waiting for it to be made. When it’s finally done, something is always missing or wrong. I made my order at the drive through windows and unfortunately the driver through service forgot to give us our apple pies. The server cramed the order in one bag, so l when I checked the bag I figured that the pies were in the bottom of the bag. This is the second time this happens at this location.
