Very poor customer service experience. The employee handling orders was wearing earphones, repeatedly taking them in and out to hear customers, and communication was difficult. Customers had to repeat themselves several times, and there was unnecessary yelling across the counter. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a McDonald’s location. Management should ensure employees remain attentive and communicate respectfully with customers and delivery drivers.
This McDonald's offers a familiar and consistent experience with quick service that helps you get through the line effortlessly. The burgers, fries, and breakfast items are prepared according to standard expectations, arriving hot and properly assembled by the kitchen crew. The interior and drive-thru lanes are kept clean and organized to accommodate the steady flow of daily commuters. It is a highly convenient and predictable stop when you need a fast bite on a busy day.
I go to this McDonald's pretty often because it's close to my job. Service can be slow in the afternoon. But overall they are pretty good at getting orders out efficiently.
