I always order on Uber Eats but since I was near by at a park, I figured I go in. Best decision ever! My friend had been recommending Sup Thai Kitchen for ages, and we finally went together over the weekend. The curry short rib was the highlight of the meal. Slow-cooked until fork-tender, the ribs soak up all the creamy coconut curry, falling off the bone with just a gentle pinch. Topped with crispy fried noodles, it adds a wonderful crunchy texture. Amazing Thai food and great atmosphere! The flavors were super authentic — especially the raw marinated shrimp and the Drunken Noodles with amazing wok hei. The tom yum soup was also so rich and comforting. Even on a weekday lunch, the place was packed. Definitely worth the hype and I’ll be coming back!
