I ordered fries to go from this location this afternoon. When I got home, I ate them while watching a TV show. As I got closer to the bottom, I happened to look into the container and saw a short black hair peeking through. I have long brown hair. After work, I went back to the McDonalds and asked for a refund. She didn’t bother to look at the hair in the fries and said that because I ate them, she couldn’t give a refund. Sometimes you just have a craving for McDonald’s. If this happens fairly regularly, then it’s better to order on the app so it’s ready by the time you get there, and you get bonus deals while doing so. In my case, it was free medium fries. As for the double filet o’fish, it’s standard McDonald’s fare. This location is quite busy at all hours but they’re on top of the orders. More seating is available upstairs.
Night management is argumentative and refuses to fulfill cash orders they are unhygienic and truly a stain upon the McDonald's brand as a whole. Huge turnoff to the McDonald's brand as a whole and truly sad since I've been coming here since highschool and have watch employees and managements high turnover rate, seems like a higher level of mismanagement on the owners part
