This McDonald's is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I placed my order through the kiosk. The kiosk took my code but didn't allow me to complete the order. When I attempted to seek assistance the manager was unwilling to check the kiosk or resolve my issue. He refused to say his name, walking away leaving me and other customers unassisted. Customer service sucks at the specific location. I ordered through my McDonald's app. And took my time walking 5 blocks there. I showed them my order number and I waited for 20 minutes before asking someone again about my order. Several people walked in ordered and left while I was waiting for a Happy meal and two burgers. Have no idea what going on with the employees mind. This is my ever first bad review on google maps. I ordered a flit o fish combo with Diet Coke and other thing from uber eats. Came with no flit o fish burger at all, fries was half full, the Diet Coke is just water. First time being mat at food. Interesting experience, would remember this for a long time. Thank you.
