I ordered a large latte via ubereats and I got a medium size the lady on the phone wants to say I was given a large. Proof in photos. It saids medium when I ordered a large. Then she said my ordered of big breakfast with hotcakes does not come with hotcakes when I know what I ordered on ubereats and I have the receipt. Then she proceeds to hang up the phone on me like if they was not wrong and did not even apologize. I have worked in fast food and she and her employees need better training.
I love this McDonald's because it's been my local McDonald's my whole life, however, this doesn't mean it's good. They are extremely short staffed with up to half an hour wait, and it seems like they have poor management as management is barely on site, as well as constant turnover. The employees are often rude and will talk back to you. I just waited 30 minutes for these soggy chicken nuggets that were probably there for a long time.
Staff was friendly and eager to help. Food ready ON TIME despite it being a busy morning. Bathroom was clean by NYC standards. Will be returning.
