How do you have 7 people standing by the register but not acknowledge a customer? Also what’s the point of customizing an order (remove sour cream) only for the employees to completely ignore it? Food didn’t taste good either. I know it’s Taco Bell but even this quality is lower than usual (and that’s not saying much).
Dumb and unprofessional staff. I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during our recent visit. The situation became even more concerning when one of the staff members attempted to physically approach and hit us. This behavior is completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing.
