Usually I come to this location at night and everything is fine. The workers are normally sweet and I’ve never really had an issue before, which is why this experience stood out so much. On Thursday around 7 PM, I went through the drive-thru to get ice cream and cookies. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the manager and staff. They were consistently rude, never greeting me or offering a smile. To make matters worse, the machine malfunctioned, taking my $50 without providing change. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she refused to help, speaking to me in a condescending tone.
