Rudest staff ever. Ordered 2 pizza, 1 came with no cheese. Told the guy on the phone I have an email confirmation of my order explaining all my toppings and cheese. Literally ordered two pizza same topping one just came without no cheese and when I try to explain the situation to the guy on the phone, he tried to mansplain me and yell at me. Didn’t even try to help solve the issue. Like who orders pizza without cheese? No dietary restriction on this side.
Do not order from this location!!! Worst Pizza Hut location. First off the delivery almost 30 min late, the pizza came cold and dry, all the extra toppings I paid extra for were never added. I never ordered thin crust, I basically got cheese on a thin piece of bread with little to no sauce. I Will I’ll never order from this location again. Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time!
Evidence of poor management. Their pickup system is everyone gather around and every person for themselves. 2 employees on a Friday night. One cook and one taking orders, serving orders, checking on pickups. 1 hour and 45 minutes delay on food. All I ordered was appetizers.
