They’re remodeling this location down the street from me and took it off the app and so I didn’t realize I was ordering to a different location on Fulton. When I got to the store and realized it was being remodeled, two employees were locking it up, and even though I’m sure they were off the clock and it was my fault for not paying attention to where I had sent the order, the male employee took the time to figure out what had happened and to show me how to cancel my order to the wrong location.
This McDonald’s had messed up on my order multiple times and I’m pregnant I should not have to come out the comfort of my own home to go there to get my order and have them make it fresh. I DoorDash these orders and some of them either don’t have everything in it or I had gotten the wrong order it is not hard working for McDonald’s cuz I was working at McDonald’s for 2 years and since I’ve been working there I’ve never messed up on the order and the customer service is terrible.
Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional managers and staff. Ignore, profile assumptions of non-paying customers, lie about bathroom codes being broken and need to use a key to open when they are not! Play childish games with your food order.
