I really like this McDonald’s on Queens Boulevard. It’s in a busy area with a lot going on, but the location is usually maintained well and kept clean. The customer service has been fast and friendly whenever I’ve gone, and the food comes out the way it should. For a high-traffic McDonald’s, they do a good job keeping things moving. Good spot when I’m in the area.
The service is good, and the order comes out quickly. However, I live in the U.S., and it would be helpful if at least one employee spoke English. It’s very difficult to communicate when your order comes out wrong and you need assistance getting it corrected.
Electronic kiosks doesn't allow to sigh in via app and earn points, they couldn't fix it during week already! I signed in during cashier and told them twice no ICE in my vanilla coffee, add chocolate syrup, milk and cream. They gived this to me with ice anyway! I told them change and follow my order details more carefully and than they brought it to me eventually with no ice, but WITHOUT milk, cream, and syrup (wich I paid additional fee). Just ice free vanilla syrup coffee. Please told your emp
