I think the manager that works there (a Jamaican man) when I say CUSTOMER SERVICE. He is that! This is the first I can say McDonalds went above and beyond to meet my kids needs. I felt catered to and heard! I love it. Anytime I’m in this area I will always come back. His service alone made it a top tier. Thank you manager
I live closer to the Steinway McDonald’s and I go out of my way to come here instead. It’s consistently good but fyi I only do drive thru The staff is nice The food is usually hot Check for your sauce before you leave My order is almost always right. Late night they forgot my sauce and one time they mixed up my cheeseburger w someone who didn’t want onions but otherwise they are good about getting it right It’s clean The parking lot is small and tight and the drive thru is tight
