This is one of the worst locations to be served at. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I arrived at the store, one of the employees immediately assumed I wasn’t going to buy anything. On top of that, I had to wait 10 minutes just to get a bottle of water. What made the experience even worse was overhearing an employee tell a customer that the bathroom was closed only after they had already made a purchase.
The code to the RESTROOM is always WRONG on the receipt and sometimes the people that work there are not helpful in helping people get into the Restrooms FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS! Now you have to go to the LIBRARY to charge your phone…WHY?
I went here a long time ago for my concerts but now they don’t let any kid in its really stupid that im just trying to get a mcflurry and the security guard wouldn’t let me in with no explanation
