Came into this location with the intention of buying something small and using the restroom as a paying patron (like a normal person would). I ordered at the kiosk without issue. I looked on the receipt for the bathroom code, I didn’t see it. I walked to the labeled bathroom next to the counter and tried the handle, locked. I asked the lady at the counter for the code, she said it’s at the bottom of the receipt. I tried the code several times and it didn’t work. Then the keypad locked out. I as
I’m shocked and disappointed. My McDonald’s burger arrived completely raw in the middle! Totally unsafe to eat. This isn’t just a mistake; it’s a serious health risk. I had to throw it away. For a company of this size, basic food safety should never be compromised. Management needs to fix this immediately, no one should receive food in this condition.
Totally disappointed with this place. I went to use my gift card that they gave me at work and ordered a combo of nuggets. The cashier on duty made me swipe the card, which was approved according to the photo I show. Then he told me that his computer window says no. I told him to call his manager.
