I was visiting NYC and staying at a nearby hostel, and I stopped into this McDonald’s several times for breakfast. Although there are four self‑serve kiosks, only one was working during each of my visits. Seating inside is very limited, and the restaurant was quite messy — the floors were sticky and the dining area didn’t seem well maintained. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location.
If i could give 0 stars i would. First and last time i come to this mcdonalds. I placed a mobile order for a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal. I take my order to go. When i arrive at work first i see that instead of a sausage egg and cheese i received instead a bacon egg and cheese. This was annoying but not that big of a deal. I finish eating it and then go for my hash brown only to see that they forgot my hash brown. Its not hard to make sure the customer receives an accurate order. I use
Pretty terrible McDonald’s. Drink machine literally had two beverage options. Also, it’s simply unacceptable to allow homeless people to aggressively beg inside the restaurant. This has happened to me several times that I’ve gone here. It makes it a horrible place to stay and eat.
