Really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a chicken nugget Happy Meal for my child — one of the simplest orders possible — and when we got home and opened the box, the nuggets were not in there. I shouldn’t have to double-check a basic order before leaving the store. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and realize the main item wasn’t even included. Attention to detail and customer service clearly need improvement here. I won’t be returning.
I had a great experience at this location! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect from a reliable stop when you’re hungry. The staff were friendly and worked impressively fast, even during a very busy rush. The only downside is that the place can get quite overcrowded, especially around peak hours, which makes seating and moving around a bit challenging. Still, the team handles the crowd well and keeps things running smoothly. Overall, a solid, dependable spot with great service.
This place needs to be shut down. It is not difficult to make and pack an order correctly when you literally have the receipt in your hand. I don’t know who owns or manages this location, but your employees have messed up my order for the last time. To make matters worse, DoorDash and Uber Eats refuse to issue refunds, even though there are numerous complaints about this location. This is clearly an ongoing problem, not an isolated incident.
