We came around 9pm and it was still very crowded. There were kiosk for self-ordering. It took a long time to get our order. We spent about $100 which was very expensive for the items we got IMO. The Mochi texture was too hard for my taste. When tapiocas sit on top of shaved ice, they got hard and chewy. Overall, it’s not worth the price.
I ordered redbean soup signature with boba and taro ball and additional miniQ. The other order is additional taro balls. After waiting for 30 minutes, this is what I received for my order which is NOT what I ordered. Both miniQ and taro balls were overcooked.
So, I wanted to like it, but right off the bat, I would give it a 2 out of 10. The only thing that was great was the aesthetic of the outside. The actual shaved ice, it tasted just , like straight ice also when i mention to the desk hey its lackluster with no cream in the ice they recommend i pay extra for the condense milk that its supposed to already include .
