4 stars for 4 reasons 1. Pineapple pork bun so good and delicious! Savory, sweet and rich! Must try! Crunchy outside and inside soft so good! Non pineapple pork bun tasty as well. Chicken bun was also really good as well! Flavorful and the texture was perfect! Shrimp dumpling was good as well! Flavorful and perfect cooked! Shrimp rice roll was good and similar flavor profile as shrimp dumplings 2. Good portion size for the price point 3. Price is great! 4. Food came out relatively quick
Words cannot describe how good their pineapple buns are. It certainly lived up the hype and probably exceeded it. They are so affordable and delicious, it’s dangerous I live this close to this place. The roast pork inside is so unique and savory too. Thankfully, there wasn’t a huge line at 4pm. I would come back every day if I had the patience to wait on line.
The pineapple buns were literally the best tasting pineapple for I've ever had. I wish I'd bought seven of them. The sesame ball want get warm, I'm not sure if that was intentional or not. It was good just not great because of that. The streamed pork bun on the other hand was great. Chewy, savory. Maybe a tad to sweet but really really good. Would definitely recommend!
