This was our first visit to Mex Carroll, we were visitors to the area and happened upon the restaurant while walking the neighborhood and looking for a lunch spot. We found the food to be incredible and the service was top-notch! Our party of four ordered the Al Pastor Burrito, a Tinga Burrito Bowl, chicken quesadilla, and chips with salsa - we were all very pleased with the food! The food was excellent. I had the turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and pancakes. The pancakes were cooked to perfection and a bit crunchy at the bottom just the way I like it. The prices are reasonable. Found this place by just driving through the neighborhood. Also the variety of Mexican food is amazing. Gives you the option of American and Mexican food.
