It seems like over the years, the quality is dropping. Five years ago, one of the best pizzas I’ve had, but these days, they don’t put that much cheese and sauce. You can see the dry spots
The restaurant isn’t too far from where I lived. It is on a quiet block with 2 other stores. However, I thought to try a grandma pie. The crust is too crunchy and quite hard to chew. Some part of the dough was burnt. My family and friend were disappointed too.
I recently moved into the neighborhood and ordered here for the first time. I had high expectations since a friend recommended it. Unfortunately, the pizza dough was very thick and overcooked, leaving it completely dry and lacking any moisture. The crust was inedible, and the rest of the pizza was also dry and crumbly.
