The $31 seasonal buffet here is definitely worth a try. Each person gets one limited portion of A5 wagyu, but Angus beef, lamb, and chicken are all unlimited. Everything is sliced thin, so it’s easy to keep eating without feeling heavy. The snow crab chawanmushi is a highlight, soft, silky, and served hot. I ended up having several bowls myself. I was definitely taken aback a little by the prices at first but went with the cheapest option, the seasonal menu for $31 per person. For $31, this was totally a great meal. We were served one plate of 4 wagyu slices which were absolutely delicious, as well as a tower of beef strips. All additional ingredients were at the self-serve station.
