You already know it’s going to be an incredible meal when there’s no menu to order off of… Moustafa greeted us warmly when we walked in and recited the menu with familiarity, which changes often based on the ingredients and seasons he has prepared. The hummus, lamb shank and koshary was lovely. The chef comes to each table individually taking orders, and cooking it all, so expect a wait, but it’s worth it! Legendary Egyptian food.
