Montero Bar and Grill is a hidden gem In Elizabeth City N.C. Chef Andy who is also the owner and his wife are amazing. Such a great team. His staff is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The speed of the group is determined by the speed of the leader. I can tell his staff enjoys working for him. His team gave us the same care and energy that Chef Andy gave us. I don't think this place serves food anymore. I am always in for a good cash bar that is run by a family. The family is at the bar, and they want you to enjoy yourself. The drinks are reasonably priced in a part of Brooklyn that seems to be going upscale quickly.
