Thought I was heading to the restaurant next door but somehow ended up HERE instead—and honestly, not mad about it. It’s a small, narrow bar that fills up FAST. I went midday when it was nearly empty, and literally 10 minutes later it was elbow-to-elbow packed. The place is definitely a vibe. Fun, creative drinks, a straightforward menu, and zero pretentiousness. What you see is what you get. Service was quick, though once it gets busy there’s definitely no time for small talk. I tried their cheese burger & fries! Very delicious! Cute spot with great window seating available & plenty of natural lighting for an afternoon brunch!
The stylish, intimate setting with great music creates a wonderful relaxed environment. Drinks are inventive and strong, especially the seasonal specials. Tried a few small bites that paired wonderfully. Service was attentive. It got busier later but remained comfortable. About $20 per person. Excellent spot for quality cocktails in the East Village.
