I was out walking around looking for a smoke shop at 1:30 in the morning not having any luck. Walked by this place which looks like a bit of a hole in the wall but at least they’re trying. The cashier was in the middle of putting up Halloween decorations. I really wasnt sure if they were open or not and dont have the faintest clue how they manage to stay in business because the area seems pretty dead, but then again I dont know anything about New York.
