This is our go-to local pizza spot, and it never disappoints. The pizza is great, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. look if you want a New York slice - or if you're in the area (bk heights cobble carroll) and you're getting a whole pie - your can't get better and more classic then this for the money. this is that classic nyc pie - nice chew, bouncy, almost too sweet but just right tomato sauce, cheesey gooey goodness. this isn't a 3 star fancy restaurant, but if you want a great pie that's somehow still under $30, this is the place (especially since Via Roma closed) IYKYK
It is impossible for me to walk past this pizzeria without stopping in for a slice. It is in my opinion, as a lifelong NYer, that this is the best slice in NYC. I love the sauce, the cheese, the bread is the perfect thickness. Thin but not paper thin. I always get a plain slice because it's perfect. Everything from the painting on the wall to the fountain soda, takes me back to the authentic NY pizza I grew up eating. I'm telling you, this is the best when you want an authentic original NYC slic
