HORRIBLE customer service. I went in at 6am asking for tostones & she asked me what size, I told her the small that I’ve bought in the past. She proceeded to grab the large tray & started speaking Spanish (I’m an American that speaks English) , I said excuse me? She replied YES , TOSTONES & I said “but not that size, I want the small size over there, not the one your grabbing” she screamed YES I KNOW & mumbled some Spanish while rolling her eyes. I politely told her “forget it”& walked out. She
Made a late Sunday night stop on my way upstate..I had to cut through the South Bronx..brought me back..GRACIAS..
They overcharged my grandson and I. For two it came out to $49.54. They charged me $10 for a Passion Fruit drink. Never again.
