NADC Burger (Not a Damn Chance) is absolutely worth the stop. This NYC spot is a collaboration between professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee, and you can really tell there’s intention behind everything even with a small menu. The burger was super juicy, rich, and well-balanced without being ove
We gotta go big with this one. I heard about this place through Luis J Gomes on the Legion Of Skanks podcast. The burger was super juicy and flavorful with the toppings and special sauce really driving the deliciousness home. If I had to ding them for one thing; it’s the beef tallow fries. Went to NADC for lunch last weekend and the burgers are fire. Great size and the beef has a ton of flavor, with a nice little pop from the jalapeño that really works. The fries are just as good—cooked in beef tallow, super crispy, and full of flavor. The space is pretty small and I ended up waiting for a table. It was cold out, but they do have a nice outdoor area in the back, so probably better to come on a warmer day. Definitely a spot I’d come back to though!
