We didn’t realize that the Nathan’s on the boardwalk wasn’t the flagship location- shame on us for not paying attention/ researching more thoroughly. There wasn’t a line, so we walked up to the counter to be greeted by a young person who had zero customer service skills. Trying to order a hot dog ( with coney sauce/chili & cheese) and a root beer was rather painful. We got through it and were served quickly at least. They pack the ice in the cup so you get very little soda. We liked the grille
Stopped by Nathan's Famous after a bike ride to Coney Island and grabbed a classic hot dog while enjoying some of the best people-watching in New York. Ordering was quick and efficient, with both self-service kiosks and traditional ordering available, making it easy to get food even when the boardwalk is busy. There is plenty of seating available if you'd like to eat on-site, but it's also easy to grab your food and head down to the beach or boardwalk. Nathan's serves beer in addition to its fa
pretty good. pretty darn greasy but it’s fried food. the prices have gone up significantly but that’s ok it’s coney island and it’s still a memorable time here. can’t wait to come back for the milkshakes!!
