I bought a Dominican cake for my dad’s birthday and I gave them a picture for the inspiration it was an easy design and they gave me something that looks nothing like what I ordered. And they left paper on the cake because “it would have stained the white frosting” like what? Don’t order cakes from there other than what they already have done. People said the cake tastes good so at least that was worth the money but design wise they are bad.
The ladies that work there are awesome. Great customer service, they are great with people and move pretty fast to make sure all their customers are happy and satisfied 😌 The tall lady with black hair, after your 2nd or 3rd time she have memorized what you normally order. Mine was large cup of coffee, 3 sugars and 3 corn bread toasted in butter. I walked in and she looked at me and say; tall coffee 3 sugars and 3 corn muffins toasted in butter... RIGHT? COOLEST LADY EVER. Thank you. I will see
I wouldn’t get a cake like this for my worst enemy… I asked for a simple white cake with a shell borders and writing on the top of the cake. I wanted to border to be lavender and writing to be light green. These people assured me they would be able to complete my very simple request. I have messages of them assuring me.
