This has been the place ive been eating lunch at almost every time im at work and I love it everytime I get it. Double chicken, half romaine, half spring mix, all veggies(double scoop of pickles), cucumber sauce, pepper hummus, (keep that on the menu!) N that Green sauce. The staff are lovely, always greets me, Ive come here enough times I can even tell you that the staff have dope tattoos. Its always clean and stocked and there always a place to sit n eat despite how small n cozy it is. For
NYC public school food. I got half lamb kebabs and chicken kebab. Lamb tasted like frozen breakfast sausages, not in a good way. Chicken wasn’t fresh, dry and hard to chew. The rice was ok. Sauces didn’t do much. The food wasn’t terrible, I just wouldn’t go out my way to eat here. The customer service at this location is a bit rude. I had to wait for them to stop having a conversation to serve me. The Second Lady who finished my order was nice though. Place is clean.
Unbelievably good food that is a must try. However theres a few annoying things. Dont bother ordering extra protein because the difference in protein is the same if you ask for extra. And its 5$ for extra protein. Also they consistently forget to put all ordered Pita in bag for delivery or takeout. If you do order, dont order “Yes Pita” with your bowl or salad. Just order it on the side so they dont get confused and miss it. This has happened to me over 50% times for a few years at different loc
