I've been anxious to try their biscoff latte for the longest time now. Let's just say it pissed me off. It tasted like milk only. No form of biscoff flavoring. I figured I'll doctor it up when I got to work. Opened the top and it looks like oil is in it and, all the biscoff was at the bottom. Even after stirring it taste horrible. Unfortunately, the espresso was extremely disappointing and I honestly couldn’t drink it. The barista was kindly to offer the refund, however after a week I still don’t see the credit on my card. I think the barista was done in good faith and that the transaction was simply not processed correctly
It pains me to write this as I have been a loyal customer for several years, but I am writing this review as there was not an email address listed on the company website to privately report a recent incident. I ordered an iced coffee and it tasted extremely rancid. It was not due to the milk - but rather the coffee mix or water was just unsanitary to say the least.
