Beef Rendang is $32!!! barely 1lb of meat. Other dishes were decent at best. Overall flavors are average at best. Pricing is good with decent portion sizes. Other NYC Malay restaurants have more of an authentic flavor profile. Also charged tax for cash payment. minus 1 star for charging tax for cash payment. minus 1 star for over-priced Beef Rendang.
Had a great experience here! The chicken leg roti was absolutely delicious—the chicken was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, while the roti was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The curry paired with it was rich and full of flavor. Easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in Flushing. Highly recommend trying the chicken leg roti if you visit. Will definitely be coming back!
Stumbled upon this hole in the wall last weekend. We ordered the Roti Canai, Beef and Chicken Satay, Beef Rendang, Barbecue Skate, Kangkung Belacan, Shrimp with Cream, Tomyum noodles. What a feast! Everything was delicious and it brought me back home Malaysia. A must try!!!
