New Nurlan is a nice, clean halal restaurant located in the basement of a hotel. Although there are no windows in the dining area, the owner has done a great job creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The meat kebabs are very flavorful, and the meat is tender and fresh. The over-rice dish, seasoned with aromatic spices, was also a real treat for anyone craving comfort food and satisfying carbs.
