Busy place (9am) which delivers what expected. Line moves fast, many options available, decent coffee. Prices are lower than some close by "mostly take away ' places, which is a nice surprise. Wifi working (when yesterday even McDonald's had turned off). Nice wooden Tables are clean. I feel to recommend New York City Bagel and Coffee House.
Came highly recommended by a local relative. Atmosphere was great. Bagels are good. Bought 2 dozens to bring them home. You ordered and paid for the food first. They ran out of premium bagels but we were charged for them. They did not even trying to make it right.
Visiting New York for the first time from Texas, this was easily one of the best coffee spots I found. AJ took care of us, and her customer service was seriously unmatched. She was super kind, patient, and even remembered my order after only seeing me once & that alone made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The coffee was consistently amazing (the best I had during my trip), and the menu has a ton of options without the crazy prices you see at other coffee shops. Everything felt fresh
