THE BROTH!! OMG THE BROTH!! It was so flavorful that we did not even add any sauce to our Pho!! The beef was super tender and fresh! The broth, even though full of flavour, tasted very clean amd healthy. Not greasy at all. All the herbs and veggies made it even better.
